In this latest experiment, we completely dehydrated a deli sandwich. The initial weight of the sandwich was 9.25oz(262g) but by the end it was down to 3.7oz(105g). The calories in the sandwich were about 550g and this could have been increased by adding more sauces and oils if needed. Meanwhile the Energy Pods range are 260-300 calories at 2oz(56g).
As you can see, the Energy Pods are equivalent of 1/2 of a deli sandwich when it comes to calories and energy.
