We went to Gamling & McDuck in downtown Napa, California, to do some very intense wine pairing with our White Chocolate Strawberry and Chocolate Nova Energy Pod alongside their absolutely minds blowing wines.
This was our first time doing Pilates. It was a wonderful experience where we learned about the basics of pilates and how it engages the body. We also found out that the Energy Pods are great as a pre-workout for clean energy and do not induce any issues.
