With Energy Pods as a brainchild of a yoga studio and myself, the Founder of KG Food Company, an avid yoga practitioner, it was the exceptionally demanding practice of Ashtanga Yoga that brought me to fully understand the holistic and nutritional needs of the body.
When we take part in a demanding yoga practice, be it Vinyasa, Hot Yoga, Asthanga, or Iyangar Yoga, we not only burn through our energy but also deplete ourselves of electrolytes which need to be replenished and require nutrients that help us back onto the mat for our next practice at our studio or at home.
