INSTRUCTIONS

Prep

Place a barbell in a rack just below shoulder-height

Start

Reach underneath the bar and put the bar behind the neck while gripping the bar with hands wider than shoulder width

Step away with the bar, look forward and keep the back straight

Movement

Lower the barbell until your hip and knee are at the same level.

Now press down and bring the barbell back to the starting position.

End

Repeat movement as needed, step back to the rack and place the barbell on the rack

TIPS

Keep feet straight and aligned

Don't go all the way to the ground with the movement!

Keep chest out without extending away the back

Spread the knees but not overdo it
