INGREDIENTS
- 1.5-2 cup Chicken or beef broth
- 2 cloves garlic
- 4 cups vegetables mix (broccoli, celery, peppers, carrots)
- Salt & Pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Heat broth, garlic and vegetables in a 3 quart pan over medium-high heat to boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer. Cook for 5 more minutes until veggies are crisp
- Drain and serve.
