INGREDIENTS
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1.5 cups chopped mushrooms
- 2 bell peppers, thinly sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 6 eggs
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 6-8oz. sliced steak
- Salt & Pepper to taste
OPTIONAL
- Hot sauce
DIRECTIONS
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat
- Saute onions, peppers and mushrooms with salt and pepper for 3-5 minutes
- Cook steak(if uncooked) for 2 minutes each side and add it to vegetable mixture above
- Beat eggs with salt and pepper
- Cook eggs for 30 seconds on skillet while spreading them out
- Layer cheese and vegetable/steak mixture and cook until cheese has melted
- Serve with hot sauce
