- 2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup sugar-free maple syrup
- 1.5 cups coconut flour
- 1/2 cup protein powder
- Stevia or monk fruit extract to taste
DIRECTIONS
- In a bowl, first thoroughly combine peanut butter and maple syrup and then mix in coocnut flour and protein powder. Sweeten to taste.
- Refrigerate for about an hour
