INGREDIENTS
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp Ghee or oil
- 1 piece ginger, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp dried coriander
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tbsp turmeric
- 1 tsp red chili sliced
- 1/2 milk or coconut milk
- 1 cup canned tomatoes
- 5 oz. shrimp/prawn
- 7 oz. salmon, cubed
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
DIRECTIONS
- Brown onions over medium-high heat till golden brown while stirring in garlic, ginger, coriander, turmeric and cumin. Cook roughly 4-5 mins.
- Add in chili powder, milk and tomatoes. Add shrimp/prawn and salmon. Cook 2-3 minutes. Then add salt and pepper.
- Boil and then simmer for 5 minutes. Garnish with parsley and then cook for another minute.
- Remove from stove and serve hot.
