INGREDIENTS
- 1 head romain lettuce, chopped coarsly
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and quartered
- 12 oz. cooked chicken
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 5 oz. cherry/roma tomatoes, diced
- 4 oz. crumbled blue cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup salad dressing
DIRECTIONS
- On a large platter, spread lettuce and then add rows of egg, chicken, bacon, avocado, blue cheese and tomatoes. Then sprinkle on top cheddar cheese
- Season with salt, pepper and dressing of your favorite kind
TIPS
There are no limits to the dressing you can use but a vinegar and mustard based dressing would be ideal
