INGREDIENTS

  • 1 head romain lettuce, chopped coarsly
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and quartered
  • 12 oz. cooked chicken
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 5 oz. cherry/roma tomatoes, diced
  • 4 oz. crumbled blue cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup salad dressing

DIRECTIONS

  1. On a large platter, spread lettuce and then add rows of egg, chicken, bacon, avocado, blue cheese and tomatoes. Then sprinkle on top cheddar cheese
  2. Season with salt, pepper and dressing of your favorite kind

TIPS

There are no limits to the dressing you can use but a vinegar and mustard based dressing would be ideal

You can buy pre-made salad or pre-made mix from your grocery store as well
