INGREDIENTS
- 3 tbsp almond flour
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder, dutched
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp sugar-free maple syrup
- 1 tsp erythritol
- 2 tsp ghee or melted butter
DIRECTIONS
- Combine dry ingredients using a fork till uniform
- Add remaining ingredients and whisk till you get a smooth batter
- Pour batter in a microwave safe mug and heat for 30 seconds
- Cook for an additional 30 seconds, let cool and serve
