INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup shredded cheese, cheddar or mozzarella
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp Everything Bagel Seasoning(poppy seeds, sesame seeds, minced garlic, minced onion, salt)
OPTIONAL:
- 2 Jalapeno, sliced
DIRECTIONS
- Pre-heat oven to 375F
- Combine cheese and egg in a bowl till fully mixed
- Pour mixture into a 6 donut baking pan
- Sprinkle seasoning and jalapeno pepper
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese melts and is slightly browned
- Top with favorite toppings and serve
