INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup shredded cheese, cheddar or mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp Everything Bagel Seasoning(poppy seeds, sesame seeds, minced garlic, minced onion, salt)

OPTIONAL:

  • 2 Jalapeno, sliced

DIRECTIONS

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375F
  2. Combine cheese and egg in a bowl till fully mixed
  3. Pour mixture into a 6 donut baking pan
  4. Sprinkle seasoning and jalapeno pepper
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese melts and is slightly browned
  6. Top with favorite toppings and serve
