This recipe is easy to make with either deli meat or from leftover ham. You can also have it made or find it at restaurants and fast food joints. It is best served chilled.

  • 12 oz. mixed green salad
  • 8 oz. cooked ham, sliced or cubed
  • 8 oz. swiss cheese, sliced or cubed
  • 1 cup low carb crackers or croutons
  • 1/2 cup honey-mustard salad dressing

OPTIONAL

  • 1 tsp poppy seeds

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, cheese, crackers and salad dressing
  2. Add ham on top
  3. Sprinkle poppy seeds and serve

TIPS

If you can't find low carb croutons or crackers, you can also use nuts as garnish

You can use your favorite dressing other than the one used in the recipe
